Project Overview
Engineering, construction, and operation of advanced treatment facilities for
Oil-Based Mud (OBM) drill cuttings for Kuwait Oil Company, using Thermal
Desorption Technology to recover oil and water and to ensure environmentally
compliant disposal of solids.
VEE's scope spans FEED and detailed engineering, turnkey EPC delivery of the
TDU-based treatment plants and utilities, and full PMC oversight covering
planning, cost control, design verification, construction supervision, HSE
compliance, and commissioning.
Scope of Work
- FEED and detailed engineering (PFDs, heat & mass balance)
- Plant layout and utility system design
- Emission control design (thermal oxidizer, vapor recovery)
- Turnkey EPC of treatment plants and TDU systems
- Civil, mechanical, electrical, and I&C installation
